Vacuum-Sealed Packaging

Each spool is sealed in a multi-layer moisture-barrier bag with 2-3 packets of food-grade silica gel desiccant. The bag is heat-sealed (not zip-locked) to create an airtight barrier. This system is tested through 35-day simulated transit at 85% RH and 40°C.

Documentation

Every shipment includes:

  • Commercial Invoice: Product names, quantities, unit values
  • Packing List: Carton contents and weights
  • Certificate of Analysis: Batch quality data
  • Bill of Lading: Shipping document for customs clearance
  • MSDS: Safety data for customs (some countries require)

What to Check on Arrival

  1. Vacuum seal integrity (bag should be tight around spool)
  2. Desiccant color (if indicator type — should not be pink)
  3. Spool weight (matches label)
  4. Diameter spot-check with micrometer (±0.03mm)
  5. Print a test object and compare with previous batches
