Yiqiu3D was born in Yichang, Hubei, the city that produces more 3D printing filament than anywhere else on Earth. We saw something odd: the world's biggest filament hub, yet overseas buyers could not get consistent quality batch after batch.
So we built a company around one idea: every spool that leaves our facility should perform identically to the last. Not approximately. Not usually. Every time.
We are not the biggest. We are not the cheapest. We are the ones who measure every spool with a laser before it ships, because your production line should never stop because of our quality control.

Every spool that leaves our floor has been measured, sealed, and traced. No exceptions.
In-Line Laser Measurement
Every spool passes through in-line laser micrometers. Diameter tolerance ±0.03mm. No manual sampling, 100% inspection.
Batch Certificate of Analysis
Every production lot ships with a CoA: diameter, tensile strength, moisture content, and batch number, verified and archived.
Vacuum-Sealed Packaging
Each spool is vacuum-sealed with food-grade desiccant inside a moisture-barrier bag, tested through 35-day ocean transit simulations.
Batch Traceability
Every spool carries a batch number. Any quality issue can be traced to its production lot within 24 hours.
