The batch documentation
Diameter, tensile strength, moisture content and batch number travel with the sample, in the same CoA format your production orders ship with.
A protocol to judge it
A written validation protocol so every person on your team judges samples the same way, and your criteria stay comparable across suppliers.
How to judge it
Four checks, on your own bench
The same four checkpoints every production spool passes in our factory. Run them on the sample and you are comparing like for like.

Diameter
Every spool passes in-line laser micrometers, tolerance ±0.03mm, 100% inspection. Measure the sample the same way and compare against the CoA in the box.

Feeding and bonding
Print a part you already know. Feeding, stringing and layer bonding are only meaningful on your machine, your nozzle and your profile.

Colour and finish
Judge under the lighting your customers see. Production runs are batch-locked, so the colour you approve is the colour you reorder.

Moisture
Spools ship vacuum-sealed with food-grade desiccant inside a moisture-barrier bag, tested through 35-day ocean transit simulations.
