1. Website Use

By browsing this website (yiqiu3d.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. This website is operated by Yiqiu3D (Yichang Yiqiu Technology Co., Ltd.), Yichang, Hubei, China ("Yiqiu3D", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use this website.

1.1 Acceptable Use

You may use this website solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree to use the website only to learn about our products, initiate inquiries, and — where applicable — to be redirected to our Alibaba International Store to place orders. All actual transactions, including orders, samples, and bulk purchases, are conducted exclusively through our Alibaba International Store under Alibaba Trade Assurance.

1.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: (a) use the website in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation; (b) use the website to transmit, distribute, or store material that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful; (c) use the website to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks; (d) scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect information from this website for commercial purposes without our written consent; (e) interfere with or disrupt the website or servers connected to it; or (f) use the website in connection with any false, misleading, or fraudulent activity.

1.3 Account Security

If you create an account on this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

2. Transaction Terms

All product purchases from Yiqiu3D are subject to the following transaction terms. For the avoidance of doubt, Yiqiu3D conducts no direct sales outside of the Alibaba International Store platform.

2.1 Alibaba Trade Assurance — Exclusive Payment Channel

All payments for products sold by Yiqiu3D must be made through Alibaba Trade Assurance. By placing an order via our Alibaba International Store, you agree to Alibaba's Trade Assurance Programme terms, which govern payment protection, delivery guarantees, and dispute resolution for international B2B transactions. Yiqiu3D will not process orders or accept payment through any other channel, including but not limited to bank wire transfers made directly to our accounts, PayPal, or cryptocurrency. Any transaction conducted outside of Alibaba Trade Assurance is at the sole risk of the buyer, and Yiqiu3D disclaims all liability in connection with such unauthorized transactions.

2.2 Order Confirmation Process

Orders placed through Alibaba Trade Assurance are subject to confirmation by Yiqiu3D. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or negotiate the terms of any order. A contract is formed only when Yiqiu3D confirms the order and payment is verified under Alibaba Trade Assurance. Product specifications, quantities, prices, and delivery timelines referenced on our Alibaba listings form part of the order confirmation. Any verbal or written representations made outside of the Alibaba platform do not form part of the binding contract.

2.3 Force Majeure

Yiqiu3D shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under a confirmed order where such failure or delay results from a Force Majeure Event. A "Force Majeure Event" means any event beyond the reasonable control of Yiqiu3D, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemic or epidemic declarations by the WHO or national health authorities, government embargoes or sanctions, failures of third-party logistics providers, severe weather affecting production or transport, and raw material shortages not caused by our negligence. Yiqiu3D will notify the buyer via Alibaba Trade Assurance within five (5) business days of the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event. If a Force Majeure Event continues for more than sixty (60) days, either party may terminate the affected order without liability, and Yiqiu3D will cooperate with Alibaba Trade Assurance to facilitate a refund of any advance payment.

3. Product Specifications & Tolerances

Yiqiu3D is committed to providing accurate product specifications. All products are manufactured to published tolerances and tested in accordance with the procedures described below.

3.1 Dimensional Tolerance

Yiqiu3D filament products are manufactured to a dimensional tolerance of ±0.03mm on diameter and ±0.02mm on roundness, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. These tolerances are measured using laser diameter gauges at intervals of no greater than 1 meter along each spool, at a controlled ambient temperature of 20°C ± 1°C. Measurements are recorded at the point of manufacture and are valid as of the production date noted on the spool label.

3.2 Batch Variation Disclosure

Due to the nature of polymer extrusion manufacturing, slight variations in color, surface gloss, and mechanical properties may occur between production batches even when raw material formulations remain unchanged. Such variations do not constitute a defect under these terms provided the product remains within the published tolerance ranges. Buyers requiring tight color consistency across long-run orders should contact us via Alibaba Trade Assurance to discuss color-batch management prior to placing an order.

3.3 Certificate of Conformity (CoA)

A Certificate of Conformity (CoA) is available for each production batch and documents the measured diameter, roundness, extrusion temperature, and lot number. The CoA constitutes the primary quality evidence for dimensional specifications and is issued at the point of release. CoA data is made available to buyers upon request through our Alibaba Trade Assurance channel. No CoA will be issued after the buyer has processed or altered the product.

4. Quality Guarantee

Yiqiu3D guarantees that all products supplied are free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of dispatch from our facility in Yichang, Hubei, China. This quality guarantee is subject to the following definitions, procedures, and limitations.

4.1 Defect Definition

For the purposes of this guarantee, a "defect" means a non-conformity that: (a) renders the product unusable for its intended purpose of 3D printing; (b) is directly attributable to Yiqiu3D's manufacturing process; and (c) existed at the time of dispatch. Defects include: continuous diameter deviations exceeding ±0.03mm across more than 1 meter of filament; contamination visible under standard inspection causing nozzle blockage within the first 50g of printing; and packaging failure resulting in moisture damage to the filament prior to delivery. Defects do not include: variations in color or gloss that fall within normal batch variation tolerances; issues caused by improper storage by the buyer after delivery; or performance issues attributable to incorrect printing parameters selected by the buyer.

4.2 Claim Procedure

To lodge a quality claim, the buyer must: (a) document the alleged defect with photographs or video evidence clearly showing the non-conformity; (b) retain the original packaging materials, spool, and any remaining unused filament; (c) submit the claim through Alibaba Trade Assurance within fifteen (15) calendar days of the earlier of: delivery confirmation, or the date the defect became or should have become apparent during normal use; and (d) provide the Alibaba order number and, where available, the batch/CoA number from the spool label. Yiqiu3D will review the claim within five (5) business days of submission and may request additional evidence or the return of sample material for analysis. Failure to comply with the claim procedure may result in denial of the claim.

4.3 Replacement and Refund Terms

Where a defect is confirmed by Yiqiu3D, the buyer's sole and exclusive remedy under Alibaba Trade Assurance is replacement of the defective goods or a refund of the invoiced amount for the defective portion, at Yiqiu3D's discretion. All replacements are shipped under the same Incoterm as the original order. Refunds are processed through Alibaba Trade Assurance and are limited to the invoice value of the confirmed defective goods only. Yiqiu3D is not obligated to refund, replace, or compensate for any costs incurred by the buyer in relation to the defect, including but not limited to shipping costs, customs duties, or third-party printing services, unless required by applicable law or Alibaba Trade Assurance programme rules.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms are agreed at the point of order confirmation through Alibaba Trade Assurance. The following Incoterms govern risk and responsibility allocation for all Yiqiu3D orders.

5.1 Incoterms 2020

For air freight orders, Yiqiu3D offers Delivery at Place (DAP) and Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) incoterms, depending on the buyer's Alibaba listing agreement. For sea freight orders, Yiqiu3D offers Free on Board (FOB) and Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF) incoterms, with the port of loading typically being Shanghai, Ningbo, or Yichang (at Yiqiu3D's discretion). The applicable Incoterm is as stated in the confirmed Alibaba order. All shipping arrangements beyond the named incoterm point are the responsibility of the buyer.

5.2 Transit Risk

Under DAP and FOB incoterms, risk passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier at the port of loading or departure point. Under DDP incoterms, risk passes to the buyer upon delivery to the named destination address. Under CIF incoterms, Yiqiu3D procures marine insurance for the buyer's benefit during sea transit, subject to standard coverage terms. Buyers are advised to arrange additional insurance coverage for high-value shipments. Yiqiu3D is not liable for loss or damage to goods during transit, except where directly caused by our failure to properly package the goods prior to tendering to the carrier.

5.3 Customs Clearance

Under DAP and DDP, Yiqiu3D is responsible for customs clearance in the country of destination, including payment of applicable import duties and taxes (except for importVAT/GST recoverable under buyer's local tax registration). Under FOB and CIF, the buyer is solely responsible for customs clearance in the destination country, including payment of all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. The buyer must ensure that all required import licenses, permits, and documentation are in place prior to ordering. Yiqiu3D will provide commercial invoices and packing lists as required for customs clearance, but is not responsible for delays caused by customs holds, inspections, or incorrect import documentation provided by the buyer.

6. Intellectual Property

Yiqiu3D retains all intellectual property rights in connection with its business, website, and products.

6.1 Yiqiu3D Brand Names and Logos

The name "Yiqiu3D", "Yichang Yiqiu Technology Co., Ltd.", the Yiqiu3D logo, and all associated brand names, product names, and trademarks used on this website or on product packaging are the exclusive property of Yiqiu3D. No licence to use any Yiqiu3D trademark is granted by these terms or by any use of this website. Any use of Yiqiu3D's trademarks — including reproduction on third-party websites, in marketing materials, or in any other context — without prior written consent from Yiqiu3D is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Product Images and Technical Content

All product images, technical datasheets, material safety data sheets (MSDS), technical specification sheets, and application guides published on this website or provided through Alibaba listings are the intellectual property of Yiqiu3D. Buyers may use such materials solely in connection with the marketing and resale of genuine Yiqiu3D products, subject to these terms. Redistribution, sublicensing, or use of such materials for competing products or for any other commercial purpose is prohibited.

6.3 User Content Licensing

If you submit, post, or otherwise transmit content to Yiqiu3D — including but not limited to reviews, photographs of printed parts, application use cases, or feedback — you hereby grant Yiqiu3D a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with Yiqiu3D's business, including on this website, on Alibaba listings, and in promotional materials. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that such content does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly provided in these terms and the Alibaba Trade Assurance programme, Yiqiu3D supplies all products and services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yiqiu3D expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7.1 Fitness for Purpose

Yiqiu3D does not warrant that the products are suitable for the buyer's specific intended application. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to select and verify that the chosen filament grade is appropriate for the buyer's specific 3D printing process, equipment, and application. Yiqiu3D's product listings and technical datasheets are for general reference only and do not constitute a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Where the buyer communicates their intended use to Yiqiu3D via Alibaba Trade Assurance prior to order confirmation, Yiqiu3D will use reasonable efforts to confirm product suitability, but such confirmation does not constitute a warranty.

7.2 Product Listing Accuracy

Yiqiu3D strives to ensure that product listings on this website and on Alibaba are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, specifications, images, or other content on the website or Alibaba listings are complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Yiqiu3D reserves the right to modify product specifications without prior notice. In the event of a conflict between the website content and the confirmed Alibaba order, the confirmed Alibaba order terms prevail.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yiqiu3D's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms, any order, or the use of Yiqiu3D products — whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

In no event shall Yiqiu3D be liable to the buyer or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, cost of substitute goods or services, downtime costs, or claims of customers of the buyer for such damages, even if Yiqiu3D has been advised of the possibility of such damages or such damages were reasonably foreseeable.

8.2 EU B2B Limitation

For buyers located in European Union member states engaging in B2B transactions, the limitation of liability set out in this Section 8 shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by Council Directive 2011/7/EU and applicable national implementation laws, provided that such limitations are not prohibited under mandatory provisions of the law of the relevant EU member state governing the contract.

9. Export Compliance

Yiqiu3D products are exported from the People's Republic of China and are subject to applicable Chinese and international export control laws and regulations.

9.1 ECCN Classification

Yiqiu3D filament products — comprising polymer resin-based 3D printing materials in filament form — are generally classified as EAR99 under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), meaning they are not subject to the Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) licensing requirements of the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security. However, this classification is provided for general informational purposes only and may change. The buyer is solely responsible for determining the applicable export control classification of the products in the buyer's jurisdiction prior to ordering. Yiqiu3D makes no representation that EAR99 classification will apply in all circumstances.

9.2 Customer Obligation to Comply with Import Laws

The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the import of Yiqiu3D products into the buyer's country of destination complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and import requirements of that country, including any required import licences, permits, certifications, and registrations. Yiqiu3D will provide documentation support — including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin — as reasonably requested, but the buyer is responsible for all import compliance matters.

9.3 Denied Party Screening

The buyer represents and warrants that neither the buyer nor any of its principals, directors, or beneficial owners is a denied party, debarred party, or sanctioned party under the laws of the United States, European Union, United Nations, or the People's Republic of China, nor is the buyer located in a comprehensively sanctioned country. Yiqiu3D reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if screening reveals potential compliance concerns, and shall not be liable to the buyer for such refusal or cancellation.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any order placed under Alibaba Trade Assurance are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded from the application of these terms and the governing law.

10.2 Hubei Province Courts

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, that cannot be resolved through Alibaba Trade Assurance dispute resolution, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yichang City, Hubei Province, People's Republic of China. Yiqiu3D and the buyer both irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Hubei courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

10.3 B2B Arbitration Alternative

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may elect to submit a dispute to binding arbitration administered by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Wuhan, Hubei, in accordance with its then-current CIETAC Arbitration Rules, in lieu of court litigation. The arbitration seat shall be Wuhan, Hubei. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding upon both parties.

11. Force Majeure

11.1 Definition

Force Majeure Events are as defined in Section 2.3 of these terms. Additionally, the following shall each constitute a Force Majeure Event when occurring without the fault or negligence of Yiqiu3D: changes in laws, regulations, or government policies affecting Yiqiu3D's ability to produce or export goods; suspension or revocation of Yiqiu3D's business licences or export permits by Chinese governmental authorities; and power shortages, grid failures, or telecommunications disruptions at Yiqiu3D's manufacturing facilities in Yichang.

11.2 Notification Obligation

Upon the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event, Yiqiu3D will notify the buyer through Alibaba Trade Assurance within five (5) business days and will provide reasonable evidence of the event. Yiqiu3D will use commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of the Force Majeure Event and to resume performance as soon as practicable.

11.3 Termination Rights

If a Force Majeure Event continues for more than sixty (60) consecutive calendar days from the date of notice, either party may terminate the affected order by written notice to the other party through Alibaba Trade Assurance, without liability to either party beyond the obligation to refund any advance payment received for undelivered goods. Termination of an order under this section does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued prior to the date of termination.

12. Severability & Entire Agreement

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, consistent with the original intent of the parties.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the confirmed Alibaba Trade Assurance order confirmation and any written-specific terms agreed between Yiqiu3D and the buyer prior to order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between Yiqiu3D and the buyer with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter. No supplement, modification, or amendment of these terms shall be binding unless made in writing and signed by both parties, or confirmed through Alibaba Trade Assurance.
